Inspired by the enthusiastic response to the Alumni Social Distancing Toolkit (Links to an external site.) in Spring 2020, the Department of English Book Club features faculty in conversation with readers from around the world. Lifelong learning opportunities like this program connect our alumni, students and friends with the artistic, social, scientific and human perspectives of our experts, showcasing the vibrant breadth and depth of the College of Arts and Sciences. In this self-paced online learning experience, you can explore twelve Book Club episodes created by the Department of English as a way to connect Buckeyes around the world during a time of social distancing. Each episode is paired with a discussion board where you can connect with your online Book Club community. You can use these discussion boards to start new conversations or to respond to what you heard in the recorded session.

·        Availability of some video transcripts: Some of our pre-recorded video media may not be accompanied by a linked transcript file because a number of original recording files were run without the addition of captioning services.
